Terms & Conditions
By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. What Arogyaminds is — and is not
Arogyaminds connects you with independent, licensed counselling professionals. We are a platform, not a medical provider, and we do not practise medicine or psychology ourselves. Clinical judgement rests entirely with your counsellor.
Arogyaminds is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 112 or your nearest hospital emergency department.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. A parent or legal guardian may book child and adolescent counselling on behalf of a minor and must be present for the first session.
3. Booking and payment
- Fees are set by each counsellor and shown, inclusive of GST, before you pay.
- A slot is held while you complete payment, and confirmed once payment succeeds.
- A GST invoice is issued automatically to the account holder.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- 24 hours or more before the session — full refund.
- Between 12 and 24 hours before — 50% refund.
- Less than 12 hours before, or non-attendance — no refund.
- If a counsellor cancels, or a verified technical failure on our side prevents the session, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, particularly anything relevant to your safety.
- Do not record a session without your counsellor's explicit consent.
- Do not use the platform to harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
- Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; accounts are personal.
6. Counsellor independence
Counsellors are independent practitioners, not employees of Arogyaminds. We verify their credentials and hold them to our code of conduct, but the counselling relationship is between you and them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@arogyaminds.com.
